What I need to know, before ordering attunements

After you place an order for any type of attunement, we will typically respond within 48 hours. During busy times, please allow up to 3 business days before receiving a response. This also applies to email communication. If you haven’t heard from us after 3 business days, send us a reminder. For orders of multiple attunements, we may spread the sessions out over several days. Course materials will be sent at the time of each attunement.

Once your payment has been verified, you'll be able to download your files immediately. Please be aware that items with instant download cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled. If you encounter any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Unfortunately, digital MP3s, scripts, and e-Books are non-refundable. This also applies to healing sessions, yoga sessions, meditation sessions, and attunements. Despite putting significant effort, ethics, time, and energy into our sessions and carefully preparing for each one, we are unable to offer refunds for services already rendered.
