What I need to know, before ordering attunements

After you place an order for any type of attunement, we will typically respond within 48 hours. During busy times, please allow up to 3 business days before receiving a response. This also applies to email communication. If you haven’t heard from us after 3 business days, send us a reminder. For orders of multiple attunements, we may spread the sessions out over several days. Course materials will be sent at the time of each attunement.

    This track provides a powerful journey into a deeper understanding of the self. At some point, you’ll fall into a state of deep sleep, similar to what occurs during bedtime. But this time, you’ll go beyond the dreaming state and reach the state of conscious deep sleep while still remaining aware. This state lies beneath both the waking and dreaming states, and all of their associated thoughts and impressions. I am deeply grateful for this incredible experience.

    The “Art of Conscious Deep Relaxation” starts with a relaxing supine position. The guide then takes the listener step by step into a state of relaxed awareness, known as luminous consciousness. With the phrase “It is not you that is breathing, but the universe that is breathing you,” the guide directs the listener’s attention to different parts of the body, leading to a gradual withdrawal of outer consciousness. Sleep rises up the body in slow waves until only consciousness remains awake in the still flesh. The journey is then retraced with equal slowness, bringing the listener back to normal wakefulness, feeling refreshed and elevated.
