need a word from u..hopeless persons

may be u could have some advice 4 me. i fond myself in some situations, i mean it`s common that come to me cases of hopeless patients,and i just accompany them and heal-treat the situation. i`m afraid to amplify the pain...at the moment i just concentrate on how much energy pass to the person, that my guide.
(meaning of hopeless is when doc says there`s nothing else to do...)
Again THAN U SO MUCH 4 BEING THERE!

Dear Cecilia,
Its good always to treat not only the patient's clinical condition but also the situation.
Always ignore completely what the doctor has to say. The patients future is not in the doctors hand, neither in yours. Never be attached to the end results.
You send Reiki with the best of intentions & for the highest good. So dont worry you can never go wrong. Always visualise the patient to be already healed. Its helps to use positive Affirmations.

I have to tell you some things and please thing of them seriusly..... 
What ever happens to every people are lessons... 
Every lesson is repeated untill we have understood it.
If we do...an other lesson comes to tell us something else...
Some things serius or not,such a cold or a cancer have a reason to exist...
If the God or the universe ,if you like, decide such things to be healed they will if he don't they won't....
There is always a reason that humans are not able to see...
I beleave that everything are happening for our Highest good....
And some things must be left to do their own circle and give their own lesson...
So as my friend Stephen said..."Never be attached to the end results"

I agree that there is a lesson behind everything.  I think that's why we can attract what we fear, for example when something has happened and its made us feel that we just want to curl up into a ball and forget its happened.  If we watch tv, whatever channel we switch to something is on that relates to what we're going through, in the street we over hear conversations that apply to the same thing etc.  We attract it because we need to honour the lesson within the situation, so that we can heal and grow. 

I think that is why its important not to as you say attach to the end results because there is so much more going on underneath the surface.

Thanks a lot Back-ki!! i`ve in mind the phrase used from our friend Steve,specifically it happened to me last year that the grandma of a friend was a hopeless pacient(it`s sounds awfull this words..) and as i said having in mind Steve`s words, i went to hospital, stayed all night with her, but when i started to send reiki, she started to feel pain, so i stopped and worked with the situation,the room,and her Higher self.And there`s a point i just let everything flow, i let my spirit (or probably My Higher self) ask for that person what i feel she/he needs.Sorry it`s a bit difficult to speak my mind, and also in english..Do u understand what i mean?
My "problem" it is that`s not only reiki, so what i wanted to know is how to use reiki in the body in this special cases. I also know that when the person feels pain it is quite probable that as the healing is going on, there is a moment that happens that way, but then the pain stops and healing is done, or almost,may need another session..
Don`t know why ,but i`ve in mind that it has to do with karma( in spanish we would say burn karma, don`t know how`s in english)
