How somebody can dispossess a negative being from a person/place etc ?

I want to share some experiences about semi-visible or maybe semi-material shadow beings I use to see or feel in many places...
Many years ago when I was only 9 I used to see a shadow all day and all night near me on my right or behind me standing all the time.
To understand better imagine a thin man about 1.80m.
I was really frightened but I didn't tell nothing to my parents because the expected answer must been "It is your imagination! stop telling us such foolish things"
At the age of 12 I met an orthodox monk who asked me by a very natural way just like nothing happened...."Tell me kid doesn't bother you this thing that you are carring with you?"I asked for help from him and finally he did a ritual above my head for 15 minutes where all my body was shaken like earthquake happend and my eyes were tearing but without any feeling of sadness/pain or any other emotion.
After this I was feeling like I had left a big rock from my back on the ground.After a year I started to smoke and I went to a park with my girl and my best friend to not be caught by our parents while smoking....
It was night, first I got into the park and I felt cold (while it was summer) and someone watching us from ahead but I could only see something very tall hovering half meter above the ground more black from the dark surrounding,after came my best friend a little bit worried asking me what s happening my girl was hadn't saw anything but she was frightened a lot.
They suggested to leave this place because there was something strange...but I wanted to know what was that,so I moved forward against to it.
But I was not able to reach it by no way.It was holding a fixed distance between us nearly 4-5 meters.
After an hour we left this place.
Many similar things hapened all these years but yesterday my friend/student Nikolaos was practicing Reiki in his girl's room when he listened a woman laughing and he opened his eyes.He saw two shadows,one above his head and the other on the ceiling and he couldn't breathe or talk for some time.He described them as big snakes.
I have seen similar things at this house because I use to sleep too there.There are many nights that I don't have close my eyes for a second.We are sending Reiki,we use cleaning techniques,we are using symbols and positive envisages and light shield affirmations.But we continue my friend,me ,and the two sisters to wake up in the morning tired and drained...We all are Reiki users!
Well I know that all the story seems like a horror movie but it is only a part and it is whole true and all this have began to be a serius problem......The sure is that we have't gone crazy yet....
I have discussed this subject with many people and I heard that most of them have experienced at least one time something weird, black and heavy on their chest,not allowing them to breathe,talk or move any part of their body cause of a feeling of paralysis...So it is not my imagination!
Any suggestion or advice ?
