The Holistic Care

Thank you kindly, Mohan for this, my first reiki attunement. My hands have always felt 'energetic' so I wanted to see where reiki would take me. As soon as I requested the attunement, I felt pressure at the sides of my head and forehead. I felt slightly nauseous too. It was funny because I did not time myself but when I felt the attunement had come to its end, the clock had moved forward exactly 30 minutes! I am still feeling the sensations 10 minutes on. I look forward to trying the reiki out on myself and others soon
