If we only know the symptoms (ie, fever, stomachache etc) yet we do not know what cause those symptoms, how should we gave treatment and affirmation?

Healers do not heal someone. They can only facilitate in that person's healing.
They are the tool or channel for the healing to take place.
Reiki has its own intellect.
Reiki diagnose the disease and direct the appropriate frequency energy to the patient.
so, you do not need to be worried about.
