Kundalini I Attunement

Hello everyone.
I have received my attunement, thanks Mohan.
At first my thoughts drifted a bit, but as I gave intent to be aware of my attument,
I become much more in tune with the process.
I become aware of golden white light filling my head, then quite a few twitches , proeminently on my forehead, which was followed by a floading of light. After a while, i noticed that i was very engaged in articulating a thought related to my work (this is unusual, as I have historically been reluctant to engage in such lengthy exchanges). This was followed by a very soft, gentle energy permeanting my upper chest.
Throughout, my trunk would either rotate left or right, or gently rock to-and-fro. Later I become aware of sensations on my lower abdomen which were followed by imagery related to a local surgery I found myself forgiving and extending love to myself for. After this, i 'saw' a cascading number of 2-D art works utilising techniques I have never used, and i received direct promptings as to which materials to use, techniques to further explore, and where and how I would practice them. At the end of the 25/30 minutes, my eyes simply opened and i begun to come around to my body.
I adjusted my posture twice during the attunement, but somehow without coming out of the trance/meditation/connection process of the attunement.
I am looking forward to level II. Incidentally Mohan, how would i go about requesting it?
