Hello Master Mohan, Thanks a lot to you and the healing data base of holistic care for kundalini Reiki level 2 attunement done on 21st.april 2007.
This time again like level 1 attunement I could not feel any thing.I am bit confuse of this,may be I have blockage thats why I am not getting any viberatoin or tingling like feelings.If I have blockage then how can I remove those blockages.May be Mr.Mohan can put some light on it.

There are some who believe that distant attunements are not as effective or as strong as in
person (face to face), I have had both in person and distant attunements and I found both
works equally well. though, there are no limitation of time and space to these energies.
Illusions of Time and space can easily be transcended and these Energies can be invoke mentally
(Just intent). Reiki is often experienced as heat, vibrations, pulsing, temporary aches, or a heightened sense of peace and relaxation, by either the practitioner or the client or both.
Some people don't feel anything during a Reiki treatment or attunement.
Don't worry if you don't feel anything during the attunements! It doesn't mean that
you haven't received it, it simply means that you didn't experience it consciously.
It is best way to keep on working with energies, to remove the blockages. Kindly do Kundalini
Reiki Meditation and other techniques explained in the manual.
