My attunement???? please update ur record

Hello sir,
i requested for Ayurveda Reiki 2 for april 21 attunements. but in attunement record April 21, 2007 my name is not listed.
one name umar mir is written there i think it is my name "Muhammad Umar" written by mistake. please tell me my attunement is done or not?? and please add my name or correct my name in your records.
