There are other meditations on youtube that I plan doing them sometime, I am posting this one because, even though it is very long I found was amazing. I must admit when I got to the sixth chakra I drifted off a little and almost fell asleep.

For those that are interested, on you tube there's a lot of music.

And to those who have any knowledge about these types of meditations are they really effective for clearing chakra blockages? This is an important pending task of mine: chakra clearing.
