As a The Holistic Care Foundation’s sports activity, sports equipment were distributed to orphan children to give them opportunities to grow physically, mentally, emotionally and socially.
Sports provide children a means to strengthen their minds and bodies and a safe environment to develop character. We offer orphans a variety of community service programs as a practical way to serve others through the collection and donation of sports equipment.

Introducing children to sport is very essential. Sports is important not only for physical fitness and growth of a child, but also for his mental growth.

Important life lesson are learnt from games. Victory and defeat are parts of sport as well as life. Sport teaches how to handle Success and failure, to handle competition and be fearless when facing the adversaries.

If children are given free time they may get involved in wrong activities may display anti-social behavoiur. So in sport their physical energies are used in a constructive way.

When a child does well in a particular sports, he becomes very self confident. It also built discipline, dedication and responsibility in a person.

Sport teaches to work in groups. it helps them immensely in building relationships with their co-workers and also to work in harmony with others. Sport also teaches children quick decision making.
