I feel selfish seeing all these selfless requests, but I greatly need healing to my root chakra which I cannot seem to clear myself. Thanks all.

Dear Patrik, Responsibility & Rights are two aspects of a coin. If we have responsibility of respond to healing request, then we have the right also that we can ask others to heal us.

Sending Energy to Your Root Chakra.

your all Chakras are clear as you already received Ayurveda Pranashakti, so What you require is balancing of your chakra.

I see, ive been reading on balanceing them, i ca n understand why my root is outa wack, i move a lot and have a very insecure home. and very insecure relationships. I dont feel grounded and safe in the least, i need to work on feeling secured, i shoulkd finish school and get my car working for starters, ive heard having the aspects of your life settled also helps to balance the root. Love and light, thank you very much, if ever i may send you energy you need only ask.

As you asked for root chakra cleansing,
Kindly find http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AFzzAI2DXZQ
you can chant the mantra "Lam"
Also footsoaking is recommended,
1. Sit comfortably on a chair, with your hands upwards on your lap.
2. Place your feet in a plastic bowl or bucket of warm water, containing a handful of salt which has been dissolved.
3. Negative energy from the body is sucked into the salt water.
4. Footsoaking is particularly beneficial for the lowest three chakras.
5. Rinse and dry your feet.
6. Flush the water from the bowl down the toilet.
7. Rinse the bowl and only use it for footsoaking.

hope it will help.
regards,
Mohan
