The Holistic Care

During the attunement I didn't feel much to begin with just a heat at the top of my head and a slight tingling in my arms (not unpleasant though, just peculiar as i'd not experienced this kind of sensation before), then after about 10 minutes I had a wonderful sense of inner peace and later felt energy all through my body which seemed to be coming from my spine outward to the rest of my body.
