There are various 24 hand positions for Usui Reiki 1st Level Holder. they should heal all the 24 points atleast for 24 days, 3-5 minut on each point.

Yes Why Not, it will equally beneficial in it.
Mohan ji can give you Proper Suggestion About it because I do not have great knowledge about the Kundalini Reiki.
