Dont like to wear spactacles

Hello evry one. I have been attuned to kundalini reiki 1.
And from 6years i m wearing my glasses, which i dont like..
Please any one can teach how to heal my eyes. So that i can see every thing with out touching my glasses.. Please help me.. May god bless you all..

givereiki to third eye and botheyes three times daily at least for 2-3 months. and include green ve to ur food n if u r nonvegtrn thn fish is bst 4 u.

Thank you Pradeep, Even after a Harder working of 2 and 2.5 months, I am not feeling good with my eyes...
I'll also start healing my eyes and the exercise.
