Think about the people who registered to get attuned and realized that they had everything they were going to get, so they don't come back. Many of them probably didn't even figure out how to get attuned. Some were probably just spammers.

And in most forums, you usually only have a small percentage of members who post actively. 1% might give you 21 people with a relatively high post count, and they may not be active now.

This is not an active forum.

Personally I think that having more attunements available would be helpful for keeping people participating. Or letting members attune members. I don't know - but once a person has all the attunements they want from here, and all they have is a membership they only took to get the attunements - why should they stay?

Hi Tom,
I am agreeing with you, maximum users joined this forum just for free attunement. After received all attunement they left the forum.
Mohan ji Doing the great job.But people do not understand the importance of free content. At least they can afford to share their experience.

The Admin can Control such users with following:-->

1) Remove users who are not active from past 12 months (first admin cans end a notification mail for deleting there account).
2) There should be a strict rule for next level Attunement, at least 3 good (meaningful) posts should be required.
3) Remove users with zero posts. (Because they are not following general rules and regulation).

I think more attunements are not feasible, because it may increase this types of users.
And finally members should understand their responsibility.

there is another aspect of coin that, some people just joined the forum for knowledge and information..

and it is not bad for them and for the forum...

As with many other forums, there are more visitors than active participants. If our other members have any suggestions how to make the forum more active?
Kindly share, What do you think need to be changed, added or improved?
As I became concerned with casual attitude of users who just come for attunement, I put condition that, one has to send distant healing to Holistic Light Sphere and at least two Healing Request at THC and feedback them regularly.
But people do not follow it strictly. I even seriously thought to stop offering attunements.

This is also good suggestion. I think 25 (meaningful) posts for Master/Teacher level. Also need to work as a volunteer for some time to help others.

Yes, Definitely it should be like this and start this procedure as soon as possible.
There must be some specific No. of posts and healing request according to level only than person can take attunement. it will be also helpful to improve confidence of a person who took attunement.

for 1st Level
- Brief introduction with spiritual background.
( I think meditation and discipline is compulsory to learn Reiki otherwise its useless)
- Attunement feedback with experience.
- Practice for 2 months to know actual energy flow.

For 2nd Degree
- There must be compulsory 10 posts and healing to HLS.
- Detailed attunement Feedback with practical experience.
- Distance healing to at least three people for healing requests.
- Minimum practice for 3 months than only eligible for next Level.

For Master/Teacher Level

- There Must be compulsory 25 Posts actively.
- Must have actively available for to help others and share experiences.
- Distance healing for healing requests.
- also whatever they can help to THC family.

Awaiting for more ideas from other members.

Good post by Deepesh, with proper bifurcation of rules for attunements.

Mohan ji one request to you that; start a single thread for Experience and move all the posts of experience in it.
it should be in following form.--->
MAIN FORUM --> Experience.
Sub Forums -->
(A) Experience of Attunements.
(B) Experience of Healing.
(C) Experience of Distance Healing.
(D) New Experiments.

(We are IT professionals so its easy for us to work on this forum, but Every healer is not aware with computers. We should try to give them an easy interface.)

It all depends on you… you have to decide that who are eligible among all users for sharing Attunements.Then assign them their role.

So now think about it that from your point of view who is experienced for sharing your work.

Dear Deepesh, good inputs.

Stephen has suggested many vital suggestions through email. He may share here too.

I just have updated the forum software to latest version, also did lots of changes in file structure and databases to fix little bugs, added few more functionality and assigned special privileges to Sr. Members and Global moderators. Pradeep, as per your request attachment facility is also offered. Now forum will be faster, search is enhanced too.

Sorry, but i m still confused, that how to attach files.there is only one way by using Insert Image & using Insert URL. is there another way for direct attachments as you have used in your post "No Complaint".
Coz Posting via Url is Time Consuming.
