The Holistic Care

I read about kundalini reiki meditation in kundalini manual and meditated on it. I cannot describe the experience it was wonderful. the energy started near my toes. hot and vibrating it was moving to all my chakras. I felt really good and had a comfortable feeling when it reached heart chakra and the sudden burst of energy in my crown was reaaly out of the world experience. I had this violet light bursting behind my closed eyes. When I refered back I read that violet denotes the colour of crown chakra.

I have really got addicted to this experience. those who have not tried it pls try.

Reiki is reaaly wonderful.
