i first took kundalini reiki 1 attunement. then i took usui reiki attunements (all three levels).... now i want to complete kundalini reiki attunements.... should i again start with first level or continue with second level???

Continue with the second Kundalini Reiki attunement. You do not need to have attunements repeated. I think the thing to consider is what you should ask for after you request the third and last attunement in the series.
