The Holistic Care

During a Reiki session (distance) in different people in different moments, I all of a sudden start taking deep, long breaths and when the breathing gets more normal I then feel I can move on. On one time it happened when I got to chakra 3 and 2 on someone who is depressed and his wife, which also seems to be a little down.

What's the deep breathing mean? Is it that there's energy blocks and breathing deeply helps?

Shifts in breathing like that can be a sign of energy being released. You will often experience it along with the person you are treating. It is a good sign.
