The Holistic Care

First, I felt energy running down my arms to my hands. Then I felt energy coming from my throat chakra to my 3rd eye which had a warm focused sensation the entire time. I occasionally felt shocks in my hand or throat chakra and could feel negative energies being pulled out of my head.
