Reiki 1 Attunement - Feb. 28, 2010

Greetings everyone,

First of all thank you sooo much Master Mohan for "Kick Starting" my journey on a totally new voyage of light work. I actually did not think I made the draft( Figured I was to late on the Roll Call). However to my surprise and utmost happiness I found my name to appear on the Attunement Record.

I set my Alarm for around 7AM US Mountain Time. After prepareing for receiving this gift I went to bed. I awoke about 45 minuets before my alarm sounded feeling quite ready for the day. I made my way to my little quiet spot that I had setup. Said a prayer and asked that the Supreme Architect watch over my activity. After doing so I asked that this greater power Bless My mother as well as my Uncle as you know him "Perry Rick Sandoval" who is one of my Primary Mentors on my quest for further light. I had a few more People on my list of blessing including Master Mohan.

I had setup the night before a circle of stones representing each element. A sheaf of Sweet Grass Incense, A Bowl Of Salt Water and a small soft white candle. along with a comfortable blanket to sit on. I ended my prayer by lighting the candle from my heart. Once done with prayer I opened my chakras as I was taught to by my Mentor.

Once I was comfortable with this I began to unknowingly focus on my Heart chakra. The best way I can describe how I felt at this time. Would be to say it was like being embraced by a non judgmental loving child. I started to feel as if I was being hugged very softly by many caring hands. The warmth was something I felt before but only when physically touched by another person for a long period of time. It was at this time that I accepted my gift of Attunement.

I spent about an hour or so more just enjoying the feeling of being evaluated and thought of a great number of things In my life. Some of these things where departed relatives.. Long lost friends and unfinished business that most of the time if thought about would more then likely stress me out. However in this case with ever breath I felt as if these burdens and sorrows had turned for the better. I even began to feel forgiveness.. And that is truly a milestone for me as it's one of the hardest things I would have ever thought of doing.

After awhile I began to balance out this new energy and sealed the deal by making a wish and blowing out my candle. I cannot thank you all enough for this.. And I look forward for the next Attunement when I am honestly ready for it. - Bless You All And May The Divine Watch Over You
