Take papaya and/or pineapple with food to aid digestion.
Read that you have taken Ethereal Crystal attunements.
Place a Citrine Crystal in your stomach, liver & intestines as long as needed.
Also place one on Solar Plexus Chakra.
If in argument with somebody, you will have to resolve matter as soon as possible.
