Thank you for the attunement. I became extremely tired, napped for 11/2 hours, woke very refreshed. I am looking forward to the level 2 attunement. I am feeling so cleansed and relaxed since the attunement.

Dear Kerry,
Enjoy the feeling. Its actually not tiredness, but a feeling of void(spaciness or vacuum).
Practice regularly & do ground yourself after a session.
