Usui Reiki attunement April 6th feedback

Dear Mohan
I thank you for my attunement.
I began my attunement in the pose for meditation that Stephen posted. With soles and heels touching and hands in prayer. I was not able to keep this position for the whole attunement. (picked wrong chair to sit in)Before my attunement I had a wee bit of a headache...I still had it after the attunement...But I ran Reiki on myself and it went away! This morning I Feel as if some of toxins are being dealt with. I know that despite my extreme good health ...I must have a few toxins to dispose of. I will proceed now to keep my part of the bargain and pay it forward to those in need. Love and Light to all Mitakuye Oyasin (we are all related)
