The Holistic Care

Can anyone of you, my fellow members perhaps help me. I am a proffessional housekeeper and with my post comes a problem with dust and the fumes from cleaning products, these seem to be giving me Sinusitis (8 attacks in the last 14 months).
I have attained Reiki 1 and self heal (full treatment) at least once a week and as and when necessary, what I would like to know is if there are any special reiki hand positions that would help to relieve and ultimately stop these attacks? and is there a particular crystal that I could use in conjunction with Reiki for this particular affliction.
Your input and knowledge will be very much appreciated.

It isn't reiki, but I am thinking about using hypnosis for allergies. There are a couple brands I'm considering buying next month when I have more money. I'm leaning toward one in particular, but commercial links don't seem particularly welcome.

I ended up just buying the MP3. I have only listened to it once, so far.

It has been a year-round problem for a long time now, and even allergy shots have done little to help.

Hi there Tom I have taken the drastic step of wearing a dust mask at work, it seems to have worked for the last week but time will tell , spring will soon be here too.
I have also purchased a Hypnotherapy CD Especially for allergies, which should arrive early next week. I will let you know what the results are.

I liked it, but I only tend to listen to it late at night and it is hard to avoid falling asleep. I need to try during the day when I can actually listen to the whole thing. It isn't just the sinus pressure and headache and drainage; my eyes are puffy and irritated and they water at times enough that it looks like I'm crying.

Dear Friends,
I have had wonderful success in curing my allergies using Usui Reiki in earlier times & in recent times in combination with Ayurveda Reiki.
I used All the Chakra position front & back. It helped me a lot.
I had a over-sensitive nasal membrane. Also irritable & reactive skin.
Now the problem has nearly diminished. say one or two small attacks a year, that is during the annual season changes.
My good friend John(Black_Ki) had also pointed out to me the emotional cause of allergies is that the suffering person has compatibility problems & gets irritated even over small issues especially from 'a particular person'. I did address that issue & things started getting better.
I do recommend the following positions.

• Back of Head
• Hara (front)
• Hara(back)
• Thyroid(front)

You can treat the above list in order of importance. The first two positions can be done simultaneously during an acute attack. I highly recommend all Chakra positions(front & back) to get rid of the chronic condition.
No sour foods & drinks after 4:30 evening highly mandatory.
I am surprised lizjkp(will be nice to know your name) that you are using the mask only recently. You will have to use it even after you are cured( which I am sure of)
