Many thanks for the KR 2 attunement. I felt a warm sensation along the spinal channels which felt as though they charged up everything on route.

I now feel that same warmth whenever i use Kundalini Reiki.

I would like to update on my last attunement,

Since leaving the first piece of feedback for this attunement, i have been using Kundalini Reiki every day, and doing the meditations.

When doing Reiki i feel the Kundalini channels of the spine heat up and energise the chakras. I also feel as though my hand chakras have enlarged somewhat allowing more energy to pass. During Reiki the heat generated from the hands is relaxing and certainly adds to the immediate effect of the process.

I feel more relaxed about life in general, and feel i am looking forward to life with a clarity i have not felt for some time.
