Namaste everyone..

I would like to introduce myself a bit. I´m studying and practicing meditation for about 10 years now, mainly buddhist insight and calming meditation. To Reiki I´m quite new. the often very expensive fees for attunements stopped me until now. But since here is a chance now to learn and get introduced to these energies, I would like to take it and find out in which way it can help me in my practice and how it can benefit me and others.
that´s why I´m here in the forum.
I hope that my being here will be for the benefit of all ..
