hello everybody 
my name is yeprem,i am usui,karuna &lightarian reiki master,i 've recieved all kundalini reiki attunements and i enjoy it a lot
i do meditation by open eyes,just by thinking about kundalini it's very simple & also effective.
for healings i use combination of first 3 reikies and moving upward kundalini
it's like a engine that uses 2 different fuels at the same time
