The THC is very happy to share with you the new Yoga Section.
Mohan will give us insights & instructions on how to do the various Asanas(poses), Mudras & Routines.
The benefits of Yoga Asanas & Pranayam Kriyas is immense. The benefits can be felt within a week if done correctly & regularly.
