Dear Forum Members,

I started the attunement process after drinking a glass of water and in semi sitting (big pillow on back) position on my bed.

The energy flow started in about 5 seconds and it was gentle clear and prominent. I could feel sensation on some parts of my body starting with Crown chakra.

It was quite a relaxing experience and lasted 40 minutes against anticpated 25-30.
