Thank you for attunemnet to Aurvedareiki level 2. My basechakra, well my whole lower back and hips turned from cold to heat and back again during the attunement and now several hours later it is still hot. I also still have the chakrachannel vibrating, feel the energy running through it.
I also had a wonderful journey out in space, took a distant look at The Andromeidagalax. It was gently rotating and the picture came back to me in my meditation later.
I have a question about what stand to read in the manual. It is about mantras. Can you recommend any mantra that I can use to support Aurveda Reiki, when giving treatment or/and meditate?

Thanks for your wonderful feedback.
The Ayurveda 1 & 2 Attunements open & strengthen the various upper Chakras, minor chakras & channels. This prepares you for the final Attunement, namely Ayurveda Master.
Here your Base Chakra will release the Kundalini Energy in the amount you can assimilate it. You will also be empowered to the metaphysical properties of Panch Maha Bhootas(5 Major Elements), Colors, Ayurveda medicines, mantras, planets etc.
The Ayurveda angel/guide, Lord Dhanavantri will diagnose the disease and direct the appropriate frequency energy to the patient.
My advise to you is just to be innocent & enjoy the fruits of Ayurveda Reiki. Only then after regular sessions you will understand the subtle differences between Ayurveda Energy & other Energy systems.In due course of time you can surely incorporate some mantras & any other ethical system.

SOUND is able to effect the chemistry of the body and mind, and alter thought patterns also. Mantras may be used for religious worship, for japa (repetition), for healing, to help spiritual evolution, for purification, for making offerings etc…

Mantras
Handed down since ancient times by religious seers who had attained self-realization by chanting them, mantras are words or syllables in Sanskrit which when repeated in meditation helps you transcend into a higher state of consciousness. As sound energies that have always existed the universe, they cannot be created or destroyed and command the power to heal you physically & spiritually. At the very basic level mantras help you to concentrate in meditation. And once you enter its auspicious circle, the mind instantly gets focussed.

Ayurveda Reiki attunes you for the vital energy frequencies of Ayurvedic Medicine, Mantras, Colors, Planets, Panchamahabootas (empowers you to the metaphysical properties of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Space )etc. It is extremely powerful and effective, yet gentle.

The Gayatri mantra is considered invoking the universal Brahman as the principle of knowledge and the illumination of the primordial Sun.

Thank you for your suggestions and in a way I find my own answer to Ishan asking about Usui Reiki the other day, is coming back to me. The only way to really learn to know about the energies is to work with them.
I will read more about Lord Dhanavantri and see how he can help me in best ways. Maybe I come back to the mantras you suggest later, but one step at the time I recon.
I have learned mantras or Kotodama as they say in Japanees language for the traditional symbols to support the energy, so I thought maybe it could be the same with Aurveda Reiki. But to learn to know the difference as you say it ís best to work only with Aurveda and not let mantras confuse my experience.
