The Holistic Care

It was a peaceful effect.  When i began to take in the attunement. I felt a pain in the solar plexus chakra there for a constant 45mins. My palms where tingling with bright energy.  My feet where tingling bright energy when they were flat firmly on the floor.  It must have been a discharge effect of negative energies.
