ayurveda was a silent, gentle and powerful feeling through the attunement time.  All i felt was my headache was there and then after the attunement ended the headache vanished.  My palms since this attunement have been more sensitive and constantly tingle and its all over in my palms.  Thanks for the ayurveda 1.
