dear masters,

    I have asked and received KR 3 attunements (more than 1) from Master Mohan - Thank you Master Mohan  . The reason why more than 1 is that I "feel" something is "not right" with my root cakra.  It is somekind of doubtful feeling* about the readiness / opening of root chakra. It makes me hold the attunement for the next KR level. I wonder if there is a method to self diagnose or could any body do a dignose on me  :-\  :-\

Now that you have had Kundalini Reiki 3, you have completed a full cycle. You can attune yourself and other people to Kundalini Reiki. The "booster" levels consist of two cycles of three levels as well. Have you looked at the supplemental attunements which come as part of the Kundalini Reiki 3 package? There was one called "Reiki Balance" - you touch the fingertips of one hand together for about twenty seconds while you think to yourself "reiki balance" and it starts a process of balancing your energy system. It is suggested to do this once daily. I think you may find doing this to be helpful. You can also try receiving other reiki systems and coming back to get the Kundalini Reiki "booster" levels later because you are not in the middle of a cycle of three levels with Kundalini Reiki. The ones you have received are complete in themselves.

For the base chakra, you might find physical activity to be helpful. Getting more protein in your diet and cutting out junk food, would be worth considering.

I think you need a bit of Energy circulation at this moment. No need of a deep diagnosis.
I think you should take a break from attunements for a while .

Follow what Tom has prescribed. Try all the small systems you get along with Kundalini Reiki. They will help to clear the energy blocks so that there is more free flow & result into a more free Root Chakra.
You may try this form of REIKI MEDITATION. This will surely help you to circulate the energy & clear blocks. Try to heal more people. That will surely help & prepare you to reach the next level.
