  I am Yashika-age 60-Reiki II since 1995---I have now retired & would like to get more involved with Reiki & hence request Trainer/Master Attunement so I may heal myself & others or those in need. I am interested in all forms of Alternate Healings

You will have to reply to that post asking the level & modality you want. Also see that you enroll using the format provided. you will find a sample seeing any previous post. Check this out....

Are requests for attunements between times discouraged or can we use these requests to practice attuning each other?

You will have to spend more time on the THC website if you want to take good advantage of what your getting. Never be in a hurry. Of course we are always ready to help.

may i ask what the different of "Attunement " and " shaktivat" ? if you allow  me to ask you Shaktivat kundalini ? how to practice it??  thank you.
