Thank you for Ayurveda Reiki master level on 12 Nov.

It was a very warm and calm energy came to me. And I felt very heavy energy on my head and body
all the time but it was not a painful.

I feel more strong and calm all the time, I appreciate and thank you.

Well it is quite normal effect, this of the heaviness feeling of energy...
Have in mind that our energy circulation system needs some time to feel comfortable with this like of Ayurveda Reiki and other Reiki and non Reiki modalities ,high frequency energies especially at master levels or boosters!
The basic is to feel pleasant feelings....
