Thank you, Mohan,
for the attunement to Kundalini level I. It was very interesting. At first I did not notice much except for a peaceful kind of energy. Then, I felt a hot spot on my back, where my 2nd chakra is. Then, a few moments later, up higher to the 3rd, then to the heart. There was much clearing at the heart. Then, I felt it move to my throat, and then up, and then down to a connection running between the throat and heart. I did not notice any (or very little) clearing of the 6th or 7th. It was quite pleasant and I notice much more flow now.

Thanks, for the reply. Yes, I can feel so much more energy now. I feel it moving through my heart when I send it to anyone else. Very nice and very good for building confidence in my ability.  Thanks for your help and advise!
