My mother suffered a stroke since Dec 2004. Weak on the left side of her body. Trying hard to walk on her own.

Dear Yvonne,
Reiki healing on the way to your mom Annie.
Do follow John's technique. Its great. But dont try to cross the limbs if your mom is in discomfort. Also do all head positions. If possible do it at least 3 times a day.
After graduating to Reiki 2 you will be guided to more techniques to aid you in healing.
