if Possible please visit to any Ayurveda Doctor / Vaidh.... and after consultation give following(in addition) :-

1) ChyawanPrash: One teaspoon Twice a day..

2) Flavored aloe vera juice 5 ML with 10 ML water..before food, Twice a day

One More Thin..give him "Arvindasava/अरविन्दासव".
5 ML with 10 ML Water, Twice Daily, after Food...

I've visited a aurvedic doctor he also prescribed arvindasav , balrogantak vati and one more.. but the problem is arrush is very stuborn and is not ready to take arvindasv.. i mix the bal rogantak vati in his milk now.. but thinking a trick to give him arvindasav without any tantrum... if some one have any idea plzz suggest me ..than ku again all of u for sending ur blessings for Aarrush..
