Check the points on the palm which is the curve around your thumb.Massage the curve line and the skin inside that curve near and around the base of thumb after slightly oiling your fingers and thumbs.The massage movement should be upward and not towards heart.
Massage both the hands for alteast two minutes each ,twice daily.It takes a month or so to show results.
Personally i have experience with other pressure points but i believe this is as effective as others.
