Whatever happened, it happened for good.
Whatever is happening, is happening for good.
Whatever that will happen, it will be for good.
What have you lost for which you cry?
What did you bring with you, which you have lost?
What did you produce, which has destroyed?
You did not bring anything when you were born.
Whatever you have, you have received from Him.
Whatever you will give, you will give to Him.
You came empty handed and
you will go the same way.
Whatever is yours today was somebody else’s yesterday and
will be somebody else’s tomorrow.
CHANGE is the Law of the Universe.

---Lord Krishna in Bhagwad Gita

Thanks Siva, your affirmation in another post prompted me to put this wonderful message.

Dear Steve,

It was the Gita that inspired this affirmation, so it is easy to remind you the Gita ;D

May Gods bless you all!

Thats a good one.
Just brings to mind a few things that happen in daily life....

"Oh its so hot! blah blah blah." ...........  as if this would change it

"Its sooooo cold ! I am freezing blah blah."

out here in India.....

"Oh what a big queue!"....... as if by saying it you can get your turn faster.

Just a thought.

God Bless.
Ok, it's too late, but as an excuse I wasn't a member when this post was posted :)
I am trying to think - even if I cannot do it all the time - the way (His Holiness) the Dalai Lama speaks:
"There are two kind of things in the world that one should not worry about. Those one can change, and those one cannot change"

Grumbling about things that are, and cannot be changed, we just loose our time and energy, and draw away of our happiness, and this is not the choice of any God/wheather/luck. It is our own choice. May we take the beneficial one :D

May Gods bless you all.
Siva.

:) :) Thank you  ;D

And as for the thought, it is very true, both the first and the second part of it. But sometimes, we are digging in the wrong places don't we? This should not disappoint us but it should give us a hint that we should stand back and reexamine the situation and then reestablish the place we should dig.

Now, I know it seems like searching for petrol, but it is so, and ourselves are more valuable than all the petrol on the world, so, no matter how many wrong "drills" we have made, it is well worthy to make at least one more, each time we are counting  ;)

Thank you for the reminding in a very propper time :D

May Gods bless you all.
Siva.

" The deepest secret is that life is not a process of discovery, but a process of creation. You are not discovering yourself, but creating yourself anew. Seek therefore, not to find out who you are; seek to determine who you want to be."

The past has no importance any more....
The future is far away...
The present is the only "reality"!
If you want to change the future...
...erase the past and act NOW!
