chakras for treatment of Varicose veins?

Dear Healers

I would like to know the chakra points needed to be healed for the treatment of varicose veins.
I know two people who are desperately need the treatment and are looking upto healing modalities.

I ll really appreciate if you could guide me with the treatment procedure .

There was something I seem to recall from yoga books, that varicose veins tend to be a result of circulatory system problems - the blood is pooling in the legs and the veins swell up as the blood is not able to return from the legs as effectively as it should. As a result the veins widen. Anything that helps to return the blood to the rest of the body, such as milder inverted postures, can help. Blood circulation in the legs is normally assisted by moving the muscles in the legs. Using the muscles in the lower legs when walking pumps the blood back up through the legs. Veins have valves in them to keep the blood from flowing in the wrong direction, but when the veins are swollen the valves don't work as well as they should and it can be harder for the muscles in the legs to pump the blood back up. Anyway, I'm no doctor and I am just suggesting a place to begin doing some reading. The part about checking with a doctor when beginning any new exercise program, just to make sure that the person is healthy enough to actually do it, is probably a good idea. I knew a guy who was a bit overweight who decided to rush into doing inverted (upside down) postures just because he wanted to prove he could do them too. He used a wall to lean against and promptly landed on his head. Just laying down on his back and putting his legs up, with his feet on the wall, might have been a better place to begin. It would allow the blood to drain down from the legs for a few minutes and his trunk, neck, and head would get better blood flow for a while. Even with this a person should be careful. Starting with circulatory system problems, it may well be that the blood vessels in the head are not ready for having an increase in blood flow. It would be unfortunate to cause a stroke while attempting to fix varicose veins.

As for a particular chakra, I don't know. It just doesn't seem like it would be that simple to me.

Dear Hina,
Usui Reiki 1 healers too can treat Varicose veins very effectively. It mainly depends on how willing the patients are as it involves direct touch healing on the Root Chakra(front side). If not then the person has to be attuned, or you can try same distantly in presence of person.
Here is the procedure.

• Simultaneously one palm on the Root Chakra position(front side), other hands shifts from exact spot, then middle of outer thigh
• Simultaneously one palm on the Sole of feet, other hands shifts from exact spot, then middle of outer thigh
• Do for both Legs
• Lower Back two palm-width positions

Note Reiki Touch Healing or Quantum healing hand positions work better than any distance healing. Of course Distance healing will complement it very well, especially since it is chronic. This method was handed to me by my Master Mr. Martin Nazareth. We have successfully tried it in many Reiki Workshops. Joint healing by 3 to 4 people will save time. At least 3 sessions on continuous days without gaps. Also time per session should not be limited

• Avoid crossing of legs for long periods as this blocks the circulation
• Don't wear heels taller than an inch, as the calf's get locked & are not utilized well.
• Swimming or other light exercises that work your legs will help
• If patient is wearing salwars see that its not very tight at waist, while at same time it should be comparatively firm on the lower legs as it acts as a supportive

The Yoga Asana recommended is Sarvangasana. If person has high blood pressure or is old than do from back up position only. Here are the Links posted by Mohan

Recommended diets is plenty of fruits especially berries. Amla Murabba & Amla Pickle in diet will be fine
Chyawanprash of any decent brand is highly recommended.
Coming from the Indian Sub-continent I am sure you are familiar with Chyawanprash & Amla benefits.

Thats the path the veins run. the difference between individual varies only slightly.
You start from spot & then move your palms along the path.
The major vein group runs right down to the big toe area. You can spend time on that area as well, or start from there.
The idea is to remove all blockages emotional & physical from sole of feet to the Root Chakra area.
A friend of mine Alyce Walker who is a Touch Healer & massage expert suggested to concentrate on the big toe area.
Secondly the area between the knee & shin collects a lot of tension when a person's nature, personality or ambitions are subdued.
If you are guided to spend more time on a particular area you will have to do so.
Kindly give me feedback after your treatments. I will love it.
Regarding your second query, kindly start a new post on it & I will certainly respond to it.
Also Hina any Muslim sister wearing Hijab clothing must use looser inner wear during a healing session & in a Varicose condition permanently something looser at waist & something firmer at feet level as suggested earlier. Over garment is of course always loose as per Hijab.
In the west you get these graduating tight stockings especially for Varicose veins.

I gave 4 sessions of prescribed healing to the chronic varicose veins patient .MashaAllah she now feels relieved of her pain in legs and back.She is in peace .
