AR 1 attunement feedback

thanks for the attunement .I could feel the energy flowing through my body for a few days.it was a nice experience.

My cousin who got attuned for AR2 saw a room with a long white bearded old man in a room and pile of wooden sticks besides him.she also saw some seeds.she was in terested in knowing the meaning of it.
