I called down my Kundalini Reiki Level I attunement Tuesday night ~ this was a powerful one. I felt significant activity in my heart and crown chakras. Around my heart was warm and there was a slight pressure and a fluttering sensation. The crown chakra felt unbelievably open and energized. The process lasted for about 40 minutes. So far I'm amazed at the simplicity and effectiveness in practicing Kundalini self-treatments, and I am definitely looking forward to exploring more through Kundalini 2 and Master/Teacher.
