Thank you for Ayurveda reiki level one attunement

Thank you dear Mohan for the Ayurveda attunement. It was nothing like the others, i felt the tingling sensation in palms and feet, and even felt a cold presence around me as it is really hot here. It also felt as if my spirit was trying to rise out of my body as if i was astral travelling, it scared me, so i jumped and it stopped. I just need to be more trusting.
