how to feel energy

Hello,I am going to be attuned to usui reiki 1 level by master Mohan tomorrow.
Can somebody please tell me that while calling down the attunement energy should I feel the energy just entering my body or also escaping through the root chakra?

Every attunement experience is different. I have read that the 21 day cleansing period after Usui Reiki attunements is because it takes 3 days for the energy to fully work its way through each of the 7 main chakras. You can use your reiki immediately after the attunement and daily self-treatments are an important part of the process. This is particularly so with receiving attunements at a distance, because although they can be more powerful than attunements received in person they can also tend to be more subtle. There is a good chance that there are a lot of aspects to the attunement that you may not even notice. This is okay. Every attunement is different, even when you repeat an attunement you have already received. I think it is actually more difficult to learn to receive attunements than it is to give them because it is important to me to be an active participant in the process and being sensitive to incoming energy has always been a challenge. Even if you were to find that it felt like nothing happened at all during the actual attunement you can look for subtle changes in the way you feel and the ways you react to people and situations for several days afterward. For the first three years this was the only way I had to confirm for myself that I had received an attunement given at a distance. Now I mostly feel the energy coming in to the crown chakra. I don't tend to feel any energy going out during the process. Maybe some people do. If this is your experience, great. If not, it is not anything to worry about. The energy itself goes where it is needed every time, much like gravity guides flowing water and much like electricity always takes the path of least resistance. Reiki is also a natural force and there are rules which guide its progress. The attunement process connects you to the source of reiki, and it creates the tendency for the energy to flow through you whenever it is needed. This includes that it will flow through you to people, pets, objects, situations, and so on as needed even without your knowledge if you allow this to be so. Reiki comes in through your crown chakra and goes to your heart chakra to be distributed. To the extent that you are willing to share reiki - and it never costs you anything when this happens; you end up with more than you started with - that sharing will happen automatically. It is also good to be a conscious participant in the process, so please do use reiki for self-treatment and share it when asked to. With level one, technically you are limited to hands-on practice. You can do at-a-distance healing without reiki, though, so you can use your reiki in combination with other techniques while you are waiting for level two.

Does the kundalini reiki also enter through the crown chakra?
While doing kundalini reiki should I think the reiki energy is entering from my crown chakra or root chakra?
(While doing Usui reiki I think the energy is entering through the crown chakra,it helps me being focused)

I agree with dear Stephen but I would like to make it much more simple for everybody...
Usui sensei left to us all the five amazing life qualities-principles...
Each individual have to have them in mind and in everyday life in general and then the flow becomes really strong!
Dont get attached with the flow or the sense of the energy just know-believe that Reiki works always!
