I have many questions from me and from my friends that I can not answer....One of them is the following one : sometimes espespecially when asleep I have a very stange feeling at my root chakra,
it is something like a very fast tapping-trembling feeling with a wonderful feeling of warmth and it continues even I if am awaken and it takes sometimes a whole houre to stop.It is a wonderful feeling just like having sex or something like having an orgasm.I discussed it with my friends and two of them had the same expirience...(All of us experienced this after Kundalini Reiki Master\Teacher attunement)
But...
I am still wondering too.... (Hehe!)???
I didn't thought that it could happend becuse of an imballance at my root chakra

such feelings are commonly experienced in kundalini awaken.
i may not answer but advice to find the meaning and understand on your own.

The following are common manifestations of the risen Kundalini:
* Muscle twitches, cramps or spasms.
* Energy rushes or immense electricity circulating the body
* Itching, vibrating, prickling, tingling, stinging or crawling sensations
* Intense heat or cold
* Involuntary bodily movements (occur more often during meditation, rest or sleep): jerking, tremors, shaking; feeling an inner force pushing one into postures or moving one's body in unusual ways. (May be misdiagnosed as epilepsy, restless legs syndrome (RLS), or PLMD.)
* Alterations in eating and sleeping patterns
* Episodes of extreme hyperactivity or, conversely, overwhelming fatigue (some CFS victims are experiencing Kundalini awakening)
* Intensified or diminished sexual desires
* Headaches, pressures within the skull
* Racing heartbeat, pains in the chest
* Digestive system problems
* Numbness or pain in the limbs (particularly the left foot and leg)
* Pains and blockages anywhere; often in the back and neck (Many cases of FMS are Kundalini-related.)
* Emotional outbursts; rapid mood shifts; seemingly unprovoked or excessive episodes of grief, fear, rage, depression

I don't know if it was an imbalance, was just wondering.
One sensation I keep receiving when giving reiki to myself, other's or when conducting readings is the most powerful sensation of love and getting a sense of the great scheme of things. I'm never very good at putting my thoughts and feelings in to words and simply haven't done the sensation and the knowing justice but its very enlightening and makes me feel apart of the world in a way that I've never done before.

The only really matters is to feel pleasant feelings and to get enlightment!

Hello black ki. I have a very delightful experience like yours. After the wonderful attunement yesterday i went to sleep at night, but just idling away with eyes closed, when i turned to my right side or whichever, i felt the root chakra area begin to tingle and some parts of my body just sparkling at random with light energy. It was like a spectral sun rise with its rays as i describe it. It lasted for about 30-40 mins and during the same time the solar plexus chakra was stiffening up and a very light peaceful calming pain was taking place . It could have been the cleansing effect of the primary chakras in KR1. Hmmm was the 3 coiled snake trying to wake up? was it being tamed? or just cleansing effect?.
Just after all this, i hand both my hands on top of each other while i was breathing in out slowly i concentrated hands on i felt a nice warmth of energy just flow thru me down to my heart, and at this moment i felt getting lighter and lighter to a point where oobe will take place maybe...(been through it before)

Well it surely is a cleaning effect as a preparation for the KR2 but tell me something please...use you imagination :
if you was imprisoned and after many years you are about to get free in some days,what your actions could be? I am sure that you would jump around the cell making noises as result to disturb all the others!
If you had this effects at KR1 attunement you have to expect something more powerfull at KR2!

hello black ki I get your point there about the prison break lol . Its true in life most things have relevance to each other for instance if someone desperate to escape prison its the same with the snake coiled up. Guess I have to see it when i get KR2!.
