Kundalini Reiki and Shaktipat

Dear Moderators,

Here's another question. How safe is it to receive Shaktipat? Instinct and intuition tell me it would be safer for one who has been attuned to this modality than for one who has not. However, is this recommended? Also, if anyone has been through this, please tell me what you experienced/are experiencing. Thank you

Well to answer to your question I have to tell you that this action of yours to trust your own intuition and instinct is the best for everyone who does it consciously!

Although in fact there is no danger with Reiki modalities such as Kundalini Reiki and Ayurveda Reiki but also Surya Shakti which is a "light" yet powerfull and effective type of yoga...

Something else is that there are rumors especially in West which makes the Kundalini Shakti rising something very very dangerous for anyone who can't manage this earth firepower...This is not true!

These are words from these "MASTERS" who are trying to keep peoples eyes closed by throwing tons of ashes....with a dark ages like, eyewash! 

The secret is that there must be respect between the individual and this "goddess". Only then the energy will flow freely...

The only which is needed is respect and faith....discipline too...not very strict but as much as needed to keep the chakras unblocked and active!

Of course if someone has already Kundalini Reiki modality received....the better for him/her!

As it has to do with the experiences.....hm....this is a difficult to explaine subject....the experiences vary from 1 person to another!

As it happens to have happened, I received Shaktipat first and Kundalini Reiki second. There were no problems for me even though I did not have much in the way of guidance to go along with these empowerments / initiations / attunements. The only thing I would suggest that you avoid would be abusing stimulant drugs while working with Kundalini. That didn't work out very well for me.

A small suggestion.....
Don't just blindly pursue Kundalini. Don't chase it. I fail to understand why people have taken the aid of drugs in their quest for Kundalini. My dear people its not some kind of a trip. Its something that many can't comprehend wholly. Also how do you know you have it? It may be some other energy or self-hypnosis.
Do your regular Healing & Energy work. One day Kundalini herself will welcome you.

The caffeine and ephedra were not for the purpose of speeding up my energy work. It just happened that I was taking them for other reasons. It was a bad combination. I'm suggesting not trying it.

The thing that seemed really weird was that I had to stop eating meat. It started to make me really sick and I was planning my meals around how they would taste coming back up.
