Hello I need some help

Hello dear members...
I would like to ask for your help for me 
Yesterday I got lightly injured from the training.
I realized that today morning 
I suppose that I have a light form of tendonitis at my right forearm...From elbow to wrist front side...
I apply Reiki all time and it goes well but I need for your help as I have lesson on Monday and I have to be ok till then
