Reiki distance healing question

Post by Myst »

Hi Everyone,
I know this is simplicity to most that are reading this, but I would appreciate your feedback. I have just been attuned to Reiki Usui level II and this is the only Reiki model I know. I do distance healing in other modalities and do not wish to confuse them.

If I am sending Reiki to somebody, do I just run it until my hands stop tingling or is there a minimum time involved?

Do you need to be very focused when sending Reiki, or can you (forgive me here) send Reiki while doing the dinner dishes?  ;D

What do you personally find is the most effective way for you sending Reiki to others?

Thanks, for any and all help.  :-*

Love and Peace,
Erin

Dear Erin,
There is no right way or wrong way of using Reiki.
You can send it anytime
But  must say that there are always better ways of sending it.
Use all your intuition & intent. thats enough. Remember Reiki is sent for the highest good & its always better to visualize your healee to be healed. be wholly positive. no ifs & buts. ;D
use the symbols. they are very very helpful. see the idea & background of each to fructify your intent
God Bless

Hi Steve,
Thanks, for your quick reply and insight!

Thanks! My next question is about how much time is required. For instance, if you only send for a few minutes, will Reiki provide ALL the energy needed for healing if that is your intent, or are you somehow limited in the amount and quality of Reiki that you can send at one time(moment), perhaps based on your level and experience?

Still working on that  :P

As always, many thanks, for your kind help!

Hello Myst
Well you have to read the given Reiki II manual and practice to much...
There in no time limit.
It is preferable to be relaxed and focused to the session you do...later you may send reiki to others just by intention!
For now do practice and research....in you!!!
You will find your own more effective way in the future.....different practitioners different suitable ways!
Just find out how to use the symbols and draw them with the right order after activate Reiki.....thats all!

Light and Joy,Wishes and Blessings
